BairesDev is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead the development and deployment of classical ML models across the business, translating data into actionable insights and guiding decisions with rigorous experiments.

You'll design models in Python with scikit-learn, build dashboards with Looker/Tableau/Mode, and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs while managing the full data science lifecycle remotely for global impact.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop classical ML models using Python, SQL, and scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, A/B testing and feature engineering.
• Experience producing business-facing insights and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and deployment of classical ML models to solve business problems.
• Translate data into actionable insights guiding strategic decisions.
• Design and conduct data experiments and KPI-driven analysis.
• Develop dashboards communicating performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end data science lifecycle from data collection to monitoring.
