Job summary

AECOM, a global infrastructure leader, seeks a Mining Market Sector Business Development Leader in Santiago de Chile. You will lead mining and water practice and drive regional business development, managing major projects and client relationships across Chile and Latin America.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong client networking, and experience directing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex mining and water initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of experience or equivalent, including 2 years of leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of mining markets, trends and clients.
• Master's or Doctorate in Engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead mining and water practice and business development within the region.
• Serve as program/project/technical lead, directing multi-disciplinary teams on major mining and water projects and programs.
• Lead the pursuit of major mining and water projects in Chile and Latin American markets, including proposals and client engagement.
• Develop strategies and capture plans for major pursuits aligned with AECOM’s business development strategies.
