Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Professional Education Specialist to implement and support medical education initiatives across the Southern Cone region. You will develop educational strategies tailored to healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective use of Johnson & Johnson products.

Collaborate with marketing and Edtech teams to align education with upcoming product launches and franchise objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health-related field, engineering, economics or administration.
• 2 years professional experience, with at least 1 year in training or MedTech commercial roles.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for clinical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the education plan for all franchise specialties and platforms.
• Deliver theory and practical education and clinical support to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing and Edtech teams to align education with launches.
• Manage training environments including Innovation Rooms and Simulation Centers.
• Budget planning, monitoring, and reporting for the Professional Education team.
