Bechtel is seeking a CSA Engineer (Structural Civil) for Mining and Metals projects based in Santiago, Chile. You will manage CSA design for mineral processing plants, including subcontractors, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements and standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10–13 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and leadership skills for multi-discipline teams. Office/project-based with potential travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Multidisciplinary teamwork experience and ability to work with EPC project teams.
• Knowledge of CSA engineering deliverables and Chilean codes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define scope of work, estimate hours, and plan resources.
• Review engineering deliverables for accuracy and compliance with codes.
• Provide technical direction to engineers, designers, and draftsmen.
• Coordinate with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
