Bechtel Santiago is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to conduct field investigations and lead cost estimates for civil/structural aspects of projects. You will oversee design development, constructability reviews, and ensure adherence to Bechtel standards for complex infrastructure work.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5–12 years of relevant experience, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on major projects in Chile.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules, coordinates, and leads civil/structural engineering work for projects.
• Supports design, development, modification, and constructability reviews using Bechtel procedures and standards.
• Designs structures using structural analysis knowledge (static/dynamic) and material selection.
• Produces and checks structural deliverables, calculations, specifications, and requisitions.
• Assists in cost estimation and quantity take-offs; supports project execution.
