Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Manager to be on site for data center projects. You will lead planning, scheduling and cost-control activities, and ensure robust risk management and reporting in line with contract administration principles.

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and have at least 5 years as a Project Controls Manager, with experience on EPC/EPCM/CM contracts.

• Experience on EPC, EPCM or CM contracts.
• Minimum of 5 years as Project Controls Manager.
• Spanish and English communicational skills required.
• Familiarity with data center projects highly desirable.

Job Description

The Project Controls Manager, would be on site involved in data center projects.

• Performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, risk management, reporting and contract administration principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Specific experience working on EPC, EPCM or CM contracts.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as Project Controls Manager.
• Spanish and English communicational skills required.
• Familiarity with data center projects highly desirable.
