Turner & Townsend in Chile seeks an experienced BIM Lead to develop and govern BIM workflows for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will lead model development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure data integrity across 3D/4D/5D delivery and handover.

The role emphasizes BEP development, clash detection, and collaboration with subcontractors to deliver integrated federated models. A strong background in Revit and Navisworks is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years BIM experience with at least 4–5 years on mission-critical/data center or large infrastructure projects.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC, Synchro or Primavera).
• Understanding of clash detection, model validation, LOD requirements, and scheduling (4D).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Set BIM protocols, workflows, and modeling standards.
• Manage model development across all project phases.
• Lead coordination meetings and clash detection using Navisworks and Revizto.
• Integrate subcontractor models into the federated model.
• Oversee 3D/4D/5D model accuracy, LOD, and data integrity.
• Support construction with QTOs, 4D sequencing, and progress tracking.
• Link models to QA/QC and commissioning data.
• Deliver COBie, as-built models, and digital twins for handover.
• Support integration with CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Mentor BIM teams and promote digital innovation.
