Caterpillar Inc. in Santiago is seeking a Regional Manager for Customer Value Enablement to lead the regional team across multiple countries, align technology deployment with customer business objectives, and ensure value realization from MineStar solutions.

You will manage implementation, readiness, and adoption, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and drive regional capability development in a high-impact, onsite role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale mining technology solutions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; working knowledge of Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery excellence for multimillion-dollar project portfolio.
• Lead site change ownership across every workstream the technology impacts.
• Partner with engineering, autonomous operations, workforce capability, and commercial teams.
• Lead regional resource planning and workforce deployment.
• Monitor portfolio health and KPIs; identify risks and remove obstacles.
• Provide executive oversight for contract execution and major change orders.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational discipline, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead, coach and develop regional implementation and adoption leaders.
• Represent the MineStar implementation organization in executive forums and with customers.
