Caterpillar Inc. in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Regional Manager - Customer Value Enablement to lead the MineStar implementation portfolio across LATAM.

The role focuses on delivering value from technology solutions, aligning capacity, readiness, and adoption with regional leadership. You will drive execution, coach regional teams, and collaborate with engineering, commercial, and operations to realize customer value across multiple sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery excellence for multimillion-dollar MineStar projects portfolio, accountable for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead site change ownership across every workstream the technology impacts, embedding best practice with customers.
• Partner with engineering, autonomous operations, workforce capability, and commercial teams to align capacity and commitments.
• Lead regional resource planning and workforce deployment, building talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Monitor portfolio health and KPIs, identify risks, remove obstacles, and escalate issues affecting delivery or financial outcomes.
• Provide executive oversight for contract execution, major change orders, and complex customer escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational discipline, and knowledge sharing across regional teams.
• Lead, coach and develop regional leaders in implementation, readiness and adoption, with succession planning focus.
• Represent MineStar implementation in enterprise and senior leadership forums, including executive-level customer engagement.
