Caterpillar Inc. seeks a Regional Manager to lead the Latam Customer Value Enablement team from the Santiago office.

You will guide a regional staff of ~25 across implementation and readiness, ensuring value realization from MineStar technology and customer engagements. Success requires deep leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in large-scale technology deployments within mining or industrial settings.

Formación

• Bachelors in Engineering, Technology or Business, with an advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale mining technology deployments and transformations.
• Strong English and Spanish; Portuguese working proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery excellence for a multimillion-dollar regional portfolio.
• Lead regional resource planning and workforce deployment.
• Coordinate with engineering, autonomous ops, workforce capability and commercial teams.
• Monitor portfolio health and KPIs; identify risks and remove obstacles.
• Provide executive oversight for contracts, change orders and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Represent MineStar implementation in senior leadership forums.
