Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Lead Value Engineer to drive regional value creation by building and defending robust business cases for MineStar technologies across new pursuits and existing sites. You will partner with Commercial teams to shape proposals and with analytics peers to baseline operations.

You will apply mine planning and performance data to quantify value, translate insights into benchmarks, and support deployment with evidence-based targets and credible scenarios.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Experience in mining operations and value engineering preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead value engineering for the region and serve as the go‑to expert for customer business case analysis.
• Establish value baselines using operational, production, cost and performance data.
• Build value simulations and business case models to quantify productivity, cost, safety and utilization impacts.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
