Job summary

Epiroc LATAM seeks a Regional Product Manager to drive the DTH and Rotary drilling tools portfolio across Latin America. You will partner with Customer Centers, Product Companies and factories to shape product strategy, price, and launches that meet regional needs.

You will translate customer applications into actions, build portfolio plans, and support growth in share, revenue and profitability. The role requires travel across the LATAM region and fluency in Spanish with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with strong technical or business foundation.
• Proven experience in product management, portfolio strategy and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and commercial strategy.
• Fluent to native Spanish and advanced English are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define regional product strategy and roadmap for LATAM DTH & Rotary tools.
• Identify markets, customers and applications with high growth potential.
• Collaborate with centers, product companies, and factories to align pricing and portfolio.
• Develop launch plans and input for sales and marketing materials.
• Support customer centers with product knowledge and commercial support.
• Monitor product performance, quality, cost and lead times; drive improvements.
