Monetize More is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business in the LATAM region. The role starts as commission-only with uncapped earnings potential, then transitions to a fixed salary plus commission based on targets.

You will identify publisher leads, conduct demos, close deals, and collaborate with account management to ensure onboarding and ongoing success. Fluency in English and LATAM language preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS.
• Knowledge of header bidding, programmatic advertising and publisher monetization.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• LATAM market knowledge; fluency in English and at least one LATAM language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and prospecting in LATAM; identify high-potential publishers.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers and present tailored ad-tech solutions.
• Drive full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals using demos and proposals.
• Represent Monetize More at conferences, webinars and networking events.
• Collaborate with account management and technical teams for onboarding and optimization.
• Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Stay informed on LATAM ad-tech trends and competitor offerings.
