Infobip Chile is seeking a Junior Solution Engineer to support the sales process with technical expertise, design innovative solutions, and ensure customer success through effective product implementation and support.

You will collaborate with sales, deliver pre-sales demonstrations, design API-based solutions, and create concise technical documents. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; the role offers a flexible hybrid work model and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in a technical role, preferably in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability in professional presentation and public speaking.
• Understanding of API integration principles and best practices.
• Ability to effectively gather and interpret customer requirements.
• Ability to quickly acquire product knowledge for complex software solutions.
• Experience with solution implementation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of solutions design and the creation of technical documents.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support, including technical presentations and demonstrations of Infobip's product capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions, leveraging your product knowledge and expertise in API integration.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain clear and concise technical documents, including solution designs, implementation guides, and best practices.
• Assist customers with API integration and troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation phase.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product development teams.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to stay current with Infobip's offerings and industry trends.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and successful adoption of Infobip solutions.
