Infobip Chile is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to support the sales process with technical expertise and effective product implementation. You will design innovative solutions, present to diverse audiences, and ensure customer success through strong collaboration with internal teams.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong API integration knowledge, and a passion for technology. Flexibility with hybrid work and international mobility opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability in professional presentation and public speaking.
• Understanding of API integration principles and best practices.
• Ability to effectively gather and interpret customer requirements.
• Ability to quickly acquire product knowledge for complex software solutions.
• Experience with solution implementation and troubleshooting.

As an Associate Solution Engineer at Infobip Chile, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring customer success through effective product implementation and support.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support, including technical presentations and demonstrations of Infobip's product capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions, leveraging your product knowledge and expertise in API integration.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain clear and concise technical documents, including solution designs, implementation guides, and best practices.
• Assist customers with API integration and troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation phase.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product development teams.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to stay current with Infobip's offerings and industry trends.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and successful adoption of Infobip solutions.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability in professional presentation and public speaking.
• Understanding of API integration principles and best practices.
• Ability to effectively gather and interpret customer requirements.
• Ability to quickly acquire product knowledge for complex software solutions.
• Experience with solution implementation and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Understanding of solutions design and the creation of technical documents.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
