Infobip Chile is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to support the sales process with technical expertise, design innovative solutions, and ensure customer success through effective product implementation and support.

You will collaborate with sales, perform pre-sales demonstrations, and design solutions leveraging API integration know-how, while articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences and maintaining clear technical documentation.

Formación

• Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability in professional presentation and public speaking.
• Understanding of API integration principles and best practices.
• Ability to effectively gather and interpret customer requirements.
• Ability to quickly acquire product knowledge for complex software solutions.
• Experience with solution implementation and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Understanding of solutions design and the creation of technical documents.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Create and maintain clear and concise technical documents, including solution designs, implementation guides, and best practices.
• Assist customers with API integration and troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation phase.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product development teams.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to stay current with Infobip's offerings and industry trends.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and successful adoption of Infobip solutions.

As an Associate Solution Engineer at Infobip Chile, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring customer success through effective product implementation and support.
