Zoomcar is looking for a Systems Engineer based in Santiago, Chile, to work closely with sales representatives. The role involves providing support in pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales technical matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, an understanding of networking technologies, and strong customer communication skills. The position emphasizes technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales strategies.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in field sales and technical support.
• Experience with various networking technologies and protocols.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Provide post-sales technical support and training.

Conocimientos

Field sales experience

Technical/pre-sales support experience

LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

Wireless technologies experience

Understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP

Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN

Knowledge in Network Security and Intrusion Detection

Experience with encryption and authentication technologies

Certifications: CCIE, CISSP
