Job summary

Howard is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to own the first line of response for IT inquiries. You will triage tickets in JSM, provide desktop and application support, and route complex issues to the IT Systems Manager.

You'll build knowledge through Confluence/Notion, help with onboarding/offboarding automation, and grow into configuration and automation work. This is a fully remote, contractor role with a clear path to expanded responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with a ticketing system and IT support.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve incoming tickets as first line support.
• Provide troubleshooting for account access, Google Workspace, Slack, VPN, and basic hardware/software issues.
• Escalate complex issues per policy and document resolutions in knowledge bases.
• Maintain clear ticket notes and contribute to KB articles.
