Huawei Technologies is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Chile to provide Level 1 and 2 support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain IT systems. The role requires expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking, with a focus on security and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT support or infrastructure experience, strong problem-solving and customer service skills, and advanced English proficiency. CVs should be submitted in English.

Competenze

Technical degree or bachelor's degree in IT/CS.
1–3 years of IT support or infrastructure experience.
Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365; hardware troubleshooting and basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Advanced English proficiency.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
