Huawei Technologies is seeking a Field Services Engineer - BESS to support execution, commissioning, and post-sales service for BESS and Solar PV projects in Santiago, Chile. The role requires strong teamwork to manage project tasks, service requests, and site audits, with emphasis on supervision of installation, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates will have an Electrical Engineering degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and solid time management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with base knowledge of design and power generation.
• English proficiency rated at Intermediate-Advanced is essential.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.

Responsabilities:

• Assist in BESS/Solar PV projects execution, commissioning and post sales of solar systems.
• Manage Service Request (SR) tickets handing applicable to client’s needs.
• Work within a team to complete tasks & projects in line with established policies and pro
• Understand the full scope of work for a given project including supervision installation, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, acceptance)
• Help to carry out site audit for Bess/solar plant locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.

Work Experience and Knowledge:

• English Proficiency: Intermediate-Advanced (essential).
• Electrical Engineering degree in Electromechanics or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with base knowledge of design and power generation.
• Knowledge in Project management and time management skills, including an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines and to establish and maintain good relations with clients.
• Microsoft project tools management.
