• Call center outbound/inbound experience.
• English as a strong second language.
• Oral communication – speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Written communication – writes clearly and informatively; able to edit work for spelling and grammar errors.
• Attendance/Punctuality – is to work on time.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls and engage with active/inactive/prospective customers to sell products and advise on promotions.
• Provide quotes and submit orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Answer inbound calls from customers from marketing campaigns.
• Refer jacket, regalia, and yearbook opportunities to the Jostens rep.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records.
