Jostens is seeking an entry-level marketing support specialist to assist the marketing team and contribute to strategic initiatives. You will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and gain hands-on exposure across campaigns and channels.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, in-season collateral updates, asset management, and weekly data reporting. A proactive communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school graduate or college student.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritization with a sense of urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Create and perform in-season updates to marketing collateral.
• Liaison to sales, operations, customer service and product to address problems and opportunities.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
• Assist in building an image asset library and manage asset usage rights.
• Pull weekly reporting to summarize marketing performance.
