Jostens in Santiago, Dominican Republic seeks a Campus Product Coordinator to partner with field sales, manage College customer accounts, and deliver high‑level service. You will handle orders, status updates, inquiries, and billing questions while keeping records accurate and coordinating with production teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and MS Office skills; Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service at Jostens or 1 year rep service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of College products & processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication with customers.
• Ability to make decisions and resolve issues.
• Oracle knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer needs and maintain setup accuracy in Jostens systems.
• Assist sales in program implementation and handle daily customer transactions via phone, email, mail.
• Maintain customer records and report on business activity.
• Coordinate manufacturing sketches and artwork; address warranty issues.
• Partner with field sales to retain customers and drive new acquisition.
• Interact with other departments to obtain and provide information.
• Process weekly payments and manage related admin tasks.
• Support benefits and services (insurance, transportation, banking, referrals).
