Jostens is seeking an entry-level marketing support specialist to assist the marketing team and contribute to strategic initiatives. You will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and gain hands-on exposure across campaigns and channels.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, in-season collateral updates, asset management, and weekly data reporting. A proactive communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THEJOB:

This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the marketing team and marketing strategies for Jostens. Reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager.

  Assist in the build out of an image asset library. Inventory of assets, managing naming conventions, asset usage rights, and gathering/sourcing school specific imagery/testimonials.

  Pull weekly reporting to help summarize marketing communication performance. Includes data pulls, image/asset collection and summarizing data.

Required:

• High school graduate or college student
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong ability to identify and execute priorities with a sense of urgency
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• BA or BS degree
• Adobe Programs knowledge
