Job summary

Qualifications

• Dominio avanzado de Office y experiencia con HRIS, se valora Workday.
• Inglés intermedio.

Responsibilities

• Implementar y controlar políticas y procesos diarios de RR.HH.
• Trabajar con líderes de negocio para apoyar sus necesidades.
• Ser el punto de contacto principal de RR.HH. para Chile.
• Administrar procesos clave de RR.HH.: nómina, administración de personal, onboarding, compensación y beneficios, y terminaciones.
• Liderar el cierre mensual de nómina y coordinar con proveedores externos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones laborales y políticas internas.
• Diseñar y liderar el Employee Journey desde atracción hasta offboarding.
• Colaborar con áreas de RR.HH.: Talento, Comp & Ben, Nómina y Legales.
• Asesorar a líderes sobre gestión de equipos, clima, sucesión y desarrollo de talento.
• Impulsar iniciativas de cultura, reconocimiento y mejora continua en RR.HH.

Responsibilities

• Implement and control daily policies and processes.
• Work directly with business leaders to support their needs.
• Act as primary HR point of contact for the Chile team.
• Administer key HR processes: payroll, personnel administration, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and terminations.
• Lead the monthly payroll close, ensuring data integrity and coordination with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, corporate policies, and proper update of labor documentation.
• Act as reference for labor inspections and requirements from the Dirección del Trabajo.
• Design and lead the Employee Journey, managing the full employee lifecycle from attraction to offboarding.
• Collaborate across HR areas: Talent, Comp & Ben, Payroll and Legales.
• Advise leaders on team management, performance, climate, succession, talent review and development of leaders and key talent.
• Lead initiatives of culture, engagement, recognition and organizational change, measuring impact via KPI of employee experience and operation.
• Drive projects of innovation and continuous improvement in HR, including digitalization, new methodologies, tools and optimization of processes.

Qualifications

• Studies in Human Resources or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years experience in similar positions in multinational environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS, desirable Workday.
• Intermediate English.
• Availability for fixed-term work to cover maternity leave.
