Job summary

Telepatia is transforming medical documentation by delivering real-time AI transcription and EMR integrations. This role focuses on hands-on, on-site support to help doctors adopt Telepatia’s Scribe platform and achieve consistent usage, turning first-time users into active advocates.

You will monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback for product teams, assist with informed consent, and train new users to maximize accuracy and speed in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Clinical research coordinators or assistants with experience managing consent and protocols.
• Experience interacting with doctors and hospital staff to improve workflows.
• Willingness to work on-site in healthcare settings and support AI-driven documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support (technical and emotional) to ensure a smooth transition to AI-assisted documentation.
• Monitor adoption metrics such as consultations per doctor, drop-off rate, and time to first success.
• Collect feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams.
• Assist with patient consent and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers for setup and troubleshooting.
• Train new users on best practices to maximize accuracy and speed.
• Identify champions within hospitals to scale usage organically.
• Guide doctors during their first consultations using Telepatia’s Scribe platform.
