Validation & Engineering Group Inc V&EG a Pinnaql company is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to oversee training content development, learning solutions, and the coordination and implementation of training across our GMP-focused operations. You will work with subject matter experts and trainers, manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, and ensure compliance with GxP standards.

Qualifications

• Preferrable 2–5 years of experience in GxP regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and standard operating procedures in a GMP facility.

Responsabilités

• Serve as document controller
• Monitor periodic review of training systems
• Work with SMEs and trainers for crafting new content and updating existing content
• Coordinate and implement learning solutions across the site
• Learn and manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
