Validation & Engineering Group Inc V&EG a Pinnaql company is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to oversee training content development, learning solutions, and the coordination and implementation of training across our GMP-focused operations. You will work with subject matter experts and trainers, manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, and ensure compliance with GxP standards.

• Preferrable 2–5 years of experience in GxP regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and standard operating procedures in a GMP facility.

Validation & Engineering Group Inc V&EG a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Chemical Food and Medical Devices industries in the following areas Laboratory Compliance Computer Engineering Project Management Validation and other services We are seeking a talented dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position Document ControllerOverview This position is responsible for the design and review of training supporting the areas content expert and the creation coordination and implementation of learning solutions This role will perform tasks to support the business areas mainly focused on the development of training materials training strategic projects for the site facilitation of learning in operational areas andor supporting reviews of training

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as document controller
• Monitor periodic review of training systems
• Work with subject matter experts SMEs and trainers for crafting new content and updating existing content
• Communication skills
• Able to learn new systems to manage training transactions related to the assigned business area in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow

Basic Requirements

• Preferrable 2 5 years of experience in GxP regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and standard operating procedures in a GMP facility
