Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a contract Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team and drive full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offers, while maintaining accurate records in Greenhouse and building diverse pipelines.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first touch to close, using AI tools to optimize workflows and our Nova ecosystem

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and managers.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and diverse sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records and clean pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter; build diverse pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to close with speed and clarity.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in Talent Acquisition.
