Huawei Chile seeks a GTM Specialist in Santiago, on-site, to support go-to-market strategies for retail products. You will work with the Go-To-Market Manager and Director on product, price, and promotion plans, and help turn data into actionable insights.

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in business, have experience in retail sales or B2C, and demonstrate analytical rigor, independence, and teamwork. Advanced English is required; Chinese is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Experience in retail sales or B2C business preferred.
• Advanced English required; Chinese preferred but not required.
• Analytical, precise, and systematic problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• GTM Support: assist the Go-To-Market Manager and Director in executing product, price, and promotion plans.
• Incentive Management: manage monthly review of incentive reserve quotas.
• PSI Analysis: conduct Purchase, Sales, and Inventory data analysis for product launches.
• Business Planning: design comprehensive plans including project costs and expenses.
• Process Control: provide decision support and participate in internal control workflows.
