Metso seeks a Project Manager to join the Services Supply Chain Project Management Team. You will lead global and regional SCM projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple regions and languages, with travel up to 20%.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Project and Deployment Management and requires strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills. Based in a multinational environment, you will drive process improvements, digitalization, and AI-driven initiatives

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Project Management.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments is valuable.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects is valued.
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications is an advantage.
• PM methodologies and tools; PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global and regional Supply Chain projects from initiation to implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional multicultural project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare concise project status reports and executive summaries.
• Escalate critical risks and decisions when required.
• Support change management and deployment activities.
• Ensure projects follow established PM methodologies and standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions.
• Contribute to continuous development of PM practices and tools.
