Metso is seeking a Senior Manager, Special Logistics to lead the West Special Logistics region (NCA & SAM) within the Services Supply Chain. You will guide regional operations, drive performance, and shape capability through change management and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring reliable deliveries and business growth.

You will report to the Director Special Logistics and manage a nine-person team across multiple sites with hybrid working options.

Formación

• Leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations in an international environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across locations and cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and levels.
• Experience managing complex logistics operations, critical deliveries, and escalations.
• Transformation, change management, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Special Logistics professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive reliable and compliant execution of specialized logistics processes across suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Serve as escalation point for critical delivery challenges and drive timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve performance and customer experience.
• Analyze performance, trends, and metrics to identify risks and opportunities and translate insights into improvements.
• Lead transformation initiatives and adoption of digital solutions and new ways of working.
• Drive regional improvement programs to strengthen performance and capability.
