We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Services Supply Chain. In this role, you will lead strategic and operational projects across our global Supply Chain organization, working closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across different functions, regions, and organizational levels, contributing to business growth and success. You will report to Senior Manager, Project and Deployment Management.
This role is based on Sorocaba (Brazil), Santiago (Chile), Con Con (Chile) or Lima (Peru) and it involves approximately 20% travel, both domestic and international.
You will join the Supply Chain Project Management Team, a global team responsible for leading and supporting global strategic projects and deployments across the Services Supply Chain organization. Our team plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives with a shared focus on operational efficiency, business grow and sustainable value creation.
We collaborate closely with business leaders, operational teams, process owners, subject matter experts, and other functions to translate business needs into structured projects and ensure successful execution. Our team operates in a highly collaborative and international environment, managing projects across different regions, cultures, functions, and levels of complexity.
Projects include global and regional Supply Chain deployments across a broad range of initiatives, such as process harmonization and standardization, development and implementation of new tools, operating model actions, digitalization and AI‑driven initiatives, and cross‑regional transformation programs aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and ways of working.
We are looking for someone who combines a structured project management mindset with strong interpersonal skills, who is comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, and who can bring people together to turn business needs into clear plans and measurable results.
