CS Outsource in Chile seeks a creative and tech-savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to support real estate agents and clients with marketing setup, training, and brand development. • Proven experience in social media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong Canva/design skills with a good eye for branding and aesthetics.
• Comfortable hosting and leading Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of real estate or STR industry is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical tools in a simple, user-friendly way.
• Organized and able to manage multiple client onboarding sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Zoom onboarding sessions with new clients and agents to set up their accounts and tools.
• Assist clients in setting up and optimizing social media platforms.
• Train clients on how to effectively use social media for real estate marketing.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva.
• Design and set up professional email signatures aligned with branding.
• Support marketing efforts by providing creative ideas and strategies to improve visibility and lead generation
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing efforts with their target audience and property portfolio.
• Ensure all branding and content remain consistent across platforms.
