Qualifications

• 7+ years in product operations or analytical roles.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics and outcomes, including SQL experience.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale, global or multi-region rollouts.
• Experience defining scalable processes and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product operations initiatives for women earners and senior-focused mobility.
• Partner with Product to define segment strategy and KPIs.
• Define GTM plans, operating structures, and scalable playbooks for global launches.
• Evaluate products against regional constraints and local market nuances.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Policy, Support, and Operations.
• Project-manage end-to-end launch plans and market readiness across global operations.
• Track core metrics to identify adoption barriers and roadmap insights.
• Advocate for users balancing empathy with scalability.
