Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
• Experience selling net-new partnerships and driving business development.
• Proficiency in Retail media.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on partner marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals while navigating internal complexity.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level marketing executives by understanding what matters most to their business, not just selling a product.
• Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities to unlock value for clients, identifying patterns to improve how we support our community at scale.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to shape proposals, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale.
• Communicate the value of new advertising products creatively and stay resilient through tough conversations and the inevitable 'no'.
• Own your work end-to-end, from developing pitch narratives to being the voice of the customer in future product roadmaps.
