Ebury Santiago Office offers a hybrid work arrangement: four days in the office and one day from home each week. As a Junior People Operations Advisor, you will handle day-to-day HR operations globally, reporting to the People Operations Manager in Malaga.

You will contribute to contracts, onboarding, data integrity, mobility support, and compliance, while developing as part of a dynamic, inclusive fintech team at Ebury.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources with advisory responsibilities or administrative expertise.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication in English.
• Highly responsive, organized, and results oriented with deadlines met.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations globally and ensure compliant services.
• Prepare, send, and maintain offers and addendums in line with local law.
• Operate the ticketing system and respond to employee and staff requests.
• Regularly report to the Head of People Operations and escalate high-risk issues.
• Maintain HR data changes and absences in the HR system.
• Support global mobility, including contracts and tax considerations.
• Conduct documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices.
• Assist with background screening, audits, and authority requests.
