Job summary

Worley is seeking an executive advisor to lead the People and organisation agenda for the Major Projects & Programs group. You will translate business priorities into integrated workforce and leadership strategies to strengthen delivery capability and long‑term performance.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will advise senior leaders on critical workforce decisions, mobilise global talent, design organisations, and drive transformation across multiple regions and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organisational development, psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant people leadership experience in large project-based environments.
• Experience as a principal People partner to senior executives.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, global mobilisation and deployment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including project delivery models.
• Ability to anticipate scarce-skill requirements in complex, matrixed environments.
• Executive advisory and influencing capability with strong communication.
• Strong analytical judgment integrating data into recommendations.
• Experience leading organisation design and operating-model change.
• Sound understanding of employee relations in international projects.
• Global and cross-cultural leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate portfolio, project and customer priorities into integrated People plans with clear outcomes.
• Lead strategic workforce planning across the MPP portfolio, anticipating capacity constraints and risks.
• Develop strategies to mobilise, deploy, redeploy and retain project talent globally.
• Shape leadership and talent strategies, including succession and hiring actions.
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and project execution.
• Lead organisation design, operating-model and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee complex workforce and employee-relations matters with governance and risk controls.
• Mobilise People teams around MPP priorities and ensure cohesive execution.
• Lead, coach and develop People professionals supporting MPP and drive enterprise orientation.
