Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in mining, industrial products, manufacturing, engineering, or related B2B sectors.
• Strong track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable growth.
• Experience developing international markets and leading multi-country operations.
• Commercial acumen in business development, strategic negotiations, and customer management.
• Strong leadership with building high-performing teams.
• Fluent Spanish and professional-level English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities
