Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Experience shaping and leading compliance strategy across Argentina and Chile or multi-country environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Proven experience in compliance, risk management or internal controls in pharma/healthcare; advising senior leaders.
• Ability to use data analytics or structured risk insight to guide priorities and decisions.

Responsabilités

• Partner across markets and functions to strengthen ownership, monitoring, assurance and a focused compliance culture.
• Provide oversight and escalation for alliances, third-party risk, anti-bribery due diligence and investigations.
• Strengthen risk governance through board updates, annual confirmations and deep-dives.
• Translate data and risk signals into clear priorities and informed leadership decisions.
• Advise General Managers on priority risks in line with internal control framework.
• Guide complex or higher-risk commercial activities with proactive risk mitigation.
