Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer to architect, develop, and manage agentic AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as part of a contact center transformation initiative.

You will lead multi-agent workflows, craft LLM-driven conversational experiences, and connect these solutions with Amazon Connect, Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway to deliver scalable AI features while ensuring safety and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with hands-on delivery.
• At least 1 year of leading teams.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock for generative AI apps.
• Proven track record in building production-ready LLM features.
• History of designing multi-agent workflows and integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build multi-agent workflows on Bedrock AgentCore.
• Develop agentic AI systems with tool use and memory handling.
• Craft prompt engineering and context assembly for production envs.
• Connect AI functionality with Amazon Connect workflows.
• Launch LLM-driven applications on Bedrock foundation models.
• Build RAG pipelines and knowledge bases.
