Job summary

EPAM Systems in Chile seeks a Full-Stack Software Engineering Manager to build intuitive, high-speed web UIs and frontend integration libraries for GenAI. You will lead enterprise-ready UIs, reusable components, and client-side integrations for LLM features across internal teams while partnering with product and design on conversational UX.

Responsibilities include architecting GenAI-powered apps, designing low-latency streaming experiences, and maintaining a reusable frontend library.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript or Vue for enterprise apps.
• Backend Python development with cloud microservices (AWS) and REST APIs.
• Ability to build reusable UI component libraries and design systems.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship GenAI-powered applications with intuitive web UIs.
• Design responsive frontend experiences for low latency streaming.
• Create and maintain a reusable library of UI components and hooks.
• Implement LLM-based experiences using LangChain or LlamaIndex with OpenAI/Claude/Gemini.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers on AI UX patterns.
• Ensure security, accessibility, observability, and test coverage.
• Develop UIs for AI interactions like streaming text and prompts.
• Maintain shared frontend libraries for internal GenAI capabilities.
• Build UI components that convey transparency and trust in AI outputs.
