FullStack, an AI-native engineering partner, seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams, architect AI solutions, and deliver production-grade systems. You’ll act as consultant, operator, and engineer, shaping problem statements and implementing robust data, retrieval, and model workflows.
You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, translating technical decisions into business value, defending architecture choices, and shipping end-to-end AI solutions on tight
Formación
- 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
- Python-first, production-grade development and testing.
- Experience as ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
- Designed/owned CI/CD for AI or ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps).
- Experience deploying LLMs and agent systems in production.
- Familiarity with retrieval, embeddings, and model behavior.
Responsabilidades
- Discover: run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
- Map current state and turn processes into specifications for AI systems.
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
- Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
- Own CI/CD for AI/ML pipelines and enable a safe, scalable deployment.
- Operate post-launch: monitoring, cost control, and governance.
