ZTE Chile in Santiago is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations, including planning, budgeting, reporting, tax compliance, and treasury, in a fast-paced multinational setting.

The ideal candidate has Advanced English, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, 7+ years in finance, leadership experience, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and the ability to work in a Chinese corporate environment.

Formación

• Fluent English for regular communication with Chinese team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in Finance/Accounting/Tax or related area; knowledge of Chilean tax law, IFRS or auditing is a plus.
• Leadership or managerial experience in finance, accounting, tax.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting with the shared finance center in China.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to local authorities (SII).
• Manage treasury, AR with Chinese collection and sales financing, and AP with China-based team.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and financial regulations and internal policies.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate internal/external audits.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions.
• Lead and develop the Finance team and collaborate with Commercial, Project, Procurement, Legal, HR, and Administration.

ZTE Chile is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Santiago and lead the company’s financial operations.

Our position focus on local tax compliance, sales finance support, and accounting & audit. Fluent in English is a mandary requirement, and previous experience as a Finance Manager in Chile will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes with shared finance center in China.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to local authorities, mainlly SII.
• Manage treasury Accounts Receivable (AR) with Chinese collection and sales financing team, and management Accounts Payable (AP) with AP team in China .
• Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and financial regulations, as well as ZTE group internal policies.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business and management decision-making.
• Lead and develop the Finance team and work closely with Commercial, Project, Procurement, Legal, HR, and Administration teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Advanced English proficiency for regular communication with Chinese team is necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or releted field. Strong knowledge of Chilean tax law, IFRS or auditing experience, and sales finance is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial position within finance, accounting, tax is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills is preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural adaptability and willingness to work in a Chinese corporate environment.
