Fluence Energy Chile SpA is seeking a Finance Manager for LATAM service contracts based in Chile. You will manage and track commercial and financial aspects of multi-year service agreements, ensure adherence to SOX controls, and oversee budgets, P&L forecasts, and cash flow across LATAM.

The role requires accounting and finance background, strong contract administration, experience with NetSuite, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance; Chilean accounting/tax knowledge preferred.
• 5–10 years managing large projects and service contracts in energy or similar.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and contract terms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and track commercial/financial aspects of LATAM service contracts.
• Ensure budgets, P&L forecast and cash flow accuracy; SOX compliance.
• Review contracts, change orders, supplier claims, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with LATAM service managers, engineers, customers and vendors.
