Vesta Software Group in Chile is seeking a Finance Integration Analyst to join the team, supporting the financial and accounting integration of newly acquired businesses across LATAM.

You will work with the Finance Integration Leader, perform due diligence, assess revenue recognition, and help standardize processes across entities.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with external audit, financial reporting, or accounting roles.
• Exposure to M&A, company integrations, or finance process design.
• Comfort working with multiple entities and stakeholders across regions.
• Strong English skills and IFRS knowledge desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Finance Integration Leader and M&A team in due diligence processes.
• Analyze revenue recognition across entities for accuracy.
• Prepare project reports for presentation to the parent company.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes and data.
• Communicate progress and issues to leadership and stakeholders.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Can you imagine being part of the team that turns an acquisition into a successful financial integration?

We’re looking for an analytical, proactive, and self-motivated finance professional to join our growing team in Chile as a Finance Integration Analyst.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Finance Integration Leader (LATAM), supporting the successful and timely integration of the Finance and Accounting functions of newly acquired businesses across the region.

REQUISITOS

You could be a great fit if…

• You have a strong background in Accounting or Financial Reporting, ideally with experience in Big Four, External Audit, Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Finance.
• You’ve been exposed to M&A, company integrations, process improvement, system implementations/migrations, or building and structuring finance processes from the ground up.
• You’re comfortable working across multiple companies, entities, and stakeholders in dynamic environments.
• Most importantly, you enjoy stepping into a new business, quickly understanding how its Finance & Accounting processes work, identifying gaps, and supporting its integration into a broader regional structure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Finance Integration Leader and M&A team throughout various Due Diligence processes.
• Conduct assessments and analyses to ensure accurate revenue recognition across entities.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports for presentation to the parent company.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in new integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes and data.
• Report progress and highlight critical issues or decisions to the Finance Integration Leader and other stakeholders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or advanced student in Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience using ERP systems and process management tools
• Very good level of English
• Strong financial analysis skills
• IFRS knowledge is desirable
