Taptap Send Financial Services Chile SpA seeks a Compliance Officer to lead Chilean compliance operations and act as the Oficial de Cumplimiento before the UAF. You will oversee ROS/ROE reporting and maintain LA/FT policies tailored to Chilean operations.

Based in Santiago with relocation if needed, the role requires 5+ years of fintech compliance experience, strong regulatory engagement skills, and deep knowledge of Chilean AML/CFT regulations.

Formación

• Strong understanding of Chilean AML/CFT regulations.
• 5+ years in compliance within fintech, remittance, or similar regulated entity.
• Experience managing regulatory relationships with UAF or Banco Central de Chile.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments is a plus.
• Experience with compliance technology tools (KYC, monitoring, screening).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Oficial de Cumplimiento before the UAF, managing regulatory engagement, inspections, and reporting.
• Build and strengthen local compliance operations aligned with group standards.
• Ensure compliance with Chilean laws including Ley N° 19.913, 20.818, and related circulars.
• Manage regulatory reporting to the UAF (ROS/ROE) with timely submissions.
• Develop, maintain, and update LA/FT policies for Chilean operations.
• Conduct compliance testing and monitoring with remediation.
• Prepare internal compliance reports for management and the board.
• Report suspicious transactions to the UAF as required.
• Oversee CDD/KYC/EDD with PEP screening per Circular N° 62.
• Collaborate with Group Compliance and internal audit to strengthen controls.
