Huawei Technologies in Chile seeks a Wireless Product Manager to define strategy, technical positioning, and commercial success of WLAN and Private Wireless solutions for major corporate and industrial clients in the region.

You will lead design, validation, and deployment planning, develop HLD/LLD, support RFP/RFI and sales, and drive PoCs and site surveys to ensure SLAs. This role demands advanced English and leadership bridging engineers and executives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in product management or related roles in enterprise wireless networking.
• Advanced English required for collaboration with international technical centers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, planning, and validation of WLAN and Private Wireless solutions for enterprise customers.
• Develop HLD and LLD documentation for large-scale wireless deployments and integrate with existing networks.
• Support RFP/RFI and sales processes, translating capabilities into customer value.
• Lead PoCs, site surveys, and implementation strategies for enterprise wireless projects.
• Drive evolution toward AI-enhanced and Cloud-Managed architectures and manage escalations on wireless performance.
