A leading marketing consultancy is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to take full ownership of performance across platforms such as Shopify and TikTok Shop. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of e-commerce experience and strong analytics skills, including Google Analytics 4. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in email platforms and excel in bilingual communication. Formación

• 3+ years of e-commerce experience required.
• Strong experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Meta Commerce Manager.
• Proficient in analytics tools, particularly GA4.
• Experience using Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo is essential.
• High attention to detail and fast execution speed.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable with agile workflows.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize performance on e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing and manage analytics dashboards.
• Handle catalogs and SEO for TikTok Shop and Meta Shops.
• Handle TikTok Shop catalog, SEO, UGC, affiliates, promos, thumbnails, and tagging.
• Fully manage Meta Shops: feed, error resolution, IG Shop collections, commerce compliance.
• Own email campaigns and flows (transitioning from Mailchimp to Klaviyo).
• Build landing pages via Canva using existing templates.
• Conduct weekly QA on listings, tags, and images.
• Collaborate on SEO, promotions, merchandising, and bundles to support growth initiatives.

The Role

Full ownership of e-commerce performance across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email channels, focusing on conversion optimization, catalog accuracy, channel growth, and improving the customer buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage performance on Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email.
• Own CRO initiatives, A/B testing, analytics, and performance dashboards.
• Manage Shopify apps and AfterShip.
• Handle TikTok Shop catalog, SEO, UGC, affiliates, promos, thumbnails, and tagging.
• Fully manage Meta Shops: feed, error resolution, IG Shop collections, commerce compliance.
