APPLY, the Agentic Customer Experience partner, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end B2B eCommerce digital projects. You will gather requirements, run workshops, and deliver go-live in collaboration with UX, tech, QA, and content teams.

You will manage multiple programs, escalate risks, and maintain executive-level communications with clients while applying agile or hybrid methodologies to drive efficient results across cross-functional teams in Latin America.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management in digital consultancy or agency with client-facing delivery.
• Proven track record leading technical eCommerce projects (B2B) with catalogs, portals, ERP/CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce, Shopify B2B).
• Strong agile experience (Scrum, Kanban); Scrum Master experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments; excellent client communication.

LOCATION

APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America , preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone). Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of B2B eCommerce digital projects, from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, technical sessions, and stakeholder feedback meetings.
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across multidisciplinary teams (UX, tech, QA, content).
• Manage timelines and resources in coordination with Product, Client Services, and PMO.
• Proactively identify, **escalate**, and mitigate technical and business risks.
• Maintain a trusted client relationship, ensuring consistent visibility into project progress and scope change management.
• Foster team cohesion and monitor team morale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a digital consultancy or technology agency - client-facing, external delivery experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record leading technical eCommerce projects, preferably in B2B contexts (product catalogs, client portals, ERP/CRM integrations, segment-based pricing logic, etc.).
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce, Shopify B2B, or similar).
• Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent executive communication - equally effective with client C-level stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to haves

• Experience in CPG, retail, or distribution industries, including bottlers.
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar).
• Experience with systems integrations (APIs, ERP, WMS) in digital commerce contexts.
• Strong workshop facilitation capabilities with client-side teams.
